We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our growing automotive repair team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing vehicle body damage, restoring vehicles to manufacturer standards, and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect vehicle body damage and prepare repair plans.
  • Repair dents, scratches, and structural body damage.
  • Replace damaged panels and vehicle components.
  • Carry out panel beating and alignment work.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting and refinishing.
  • Use specialist automotive repair equipment and tools.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and workshop staff.
  • Complete repair documentation accurately.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or Panel Beater.
  • Good knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques.
  • Experience with welding, panel replacement, and alignment.
  • Ability to interpret repair specifications and manufacturer standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
  • Relevant automotive qualifications desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to health and safety standards.
