We use your information to process applications, assess suitability for roles, manage employer enquiries, contact you about recruitment matters, improve our hiring process and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

We process personal data under UK GDPR using lawful bases including consent, legitimate interests, contract-related steps and legal obligation where applicable.

5. CVs and Recruitment Data

Candidate information may be reviewed by recruitment staff, hiring managers or authorised representatives involved in the recruitment process. Submitting an application does not guarantee interview, employment or placement.

We keep recruitment data only for as long as reasonably necessary for hiring, compliance, dispute resolution, record keeping and future suitable opportunities where consent has been provided.
