1. About HireFlow
HireFlow is a recruitment platform operated by Qualified Group. It allows candidates to view vacancies, submit applications and allows recruitment teams to manage hiring workflows.
2. Use of the Platform
You must use HireFlow honestly, lawfully and only for genuine recruitment, employment, hiring or business enquiry purposes.
3. Candidate Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee interview, employment, sponsorship, placement or any specific recruitment outcome. Qualified Group may reject, shortlist or progress applications at its discretion.
4. Employer Enquiries
Submitting an employer enquiry does not create a contract or obligation until terms are agreed separately in writing. Qualified Group may decline unsuitable or incomplete enquiries.
5. Accuracy of Information
Users must provide accurate, complete and truthful information. False, misleading or fraudulent submissions may be rejected or removed.
6. No Immigration or Legal Advice
Information on HireFlow is for recruitment purposes only and should not be treated as immigration, legal, financial or professional advice.
7. Platform Availability
We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues or third-party service interruptions may occur.
8. Limitation of Liability
Qualified Group is not liable for loss arising from incorrect user information, unsuccessful applications, employer decisions, technical downtime or third-party services, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
